In a developing story, leftist Univision anchor Jorge Ramos and his team, were just detained in Venezuela because the dictator Nicolas Maduro did not like the question Ramos asked during an interview, as Fox News reports:
Univision anchor Jorge Ramos and members of his team have been detained in Caracas, Venezuela after disputed President Nicolas Maduro “didn’t like the questions” they were asking during an interview, the network tweeted Monday night.
Ramos and other crewmembers from Univision were “arbitrarily detained at the Miraflores Palace,” officials wrote online. It was not immediately clear how many others were detained with Ramos.
Univision tweeted “Attention: A @Univision team, headed by @jorgeramosnews, is being arbitrarily detained at the Miraflores Palace in Caracas. They were interviewing @NicolasMaduro but he didn’t like the questions. Their technical equipment was also confiscated.”
